Refund policy

Majestic Dolls Exchange Policy.

We do not provide refunds, exchange only. However, exchanges will only be approved if the wrong item was sent by Majestic Dolls. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange to be approved. 

Items must be returned to Majestic Dolls within 7 days of delivery date. Store credit will be issued after the item has been inspected and is in the same condition it was shipped in. Shipping fee, any discount used and taxes will be deducted from store credit before it is issued. 

 If the item does not meet the return standards, store credit will not be issued. Items that have been worn, unwrapped, combed or cut will not be accepted.  

All items purchased with a discount code, during a sale and/or with store credit are considered FINAL SALE. All customized order are also considered final sale.
